Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be charged at the full self-pay rate for the scheduled session and will be billed to the card on file with Passionate Path Counseling, PLLC. At Passionate Path Counseling, we offer therapy services virtually, making it easy for you to access care from the comfort of your home. We’re currently partnered with a major insurance provider and will feature more soon to make therapy affordable and accessible.

Self-Pay Rates
If you do not have the listed insurance plans, our services are considered out-of-network (OON). You may pay the full session rate and request reimbursement from your insurance, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about OON benefits.
