    To avoid being charged, please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be charged at the full self-pay rate for the scheduled session and will be billed to the card on file with Passionate Path Counseling, PLLC. Timely cancellations help maintain professionalism, allows our staff to fill your reserved time, and respects the clinician's time and dedication.

    Passionate Path Counseling: Convenient Virtual Therapy Services At Passionate Path Counseling, we offer therapy services virtually, making it easy for you to access care from the comfort of your home. We’re currently partnered with a major insurance provider and will feature more soon to make therapy affordable and accessible. We Accept the Following Insurances: Health Insurance Providers: Aetna BCBS United Healthcare Evernorth/Cigna Self-Pay Rates If you do not have the listed insurance plans, our services are considered out-of-network (OON). You may pay the full session rate and request reimbursement from your insurance, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about OON benefits.     We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another client and reschedule your session at a time that works best for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

    All of our therapy sessions are conducted virtually, offering the convenience and flexibility of meeting from the comfort of your home. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality throughout each session.
